The Paviath Knowledge System is a projection of Conceptual-Knowledge Exchange-Social Engineering-Rural Engineering-Social Empowerment by GCT 73-78 batch students from all branch of Engineering. Our Institute Started as Arthur Pope College by our Natural Scientist G.D.NAIDU, latter has been converted to Government College of Technology, which has inspired us to Social Engineering & Empowerment with advanced Technology to common people as PSR Professional Social Responsibility
